Work In Progress

In this new "Circle of Light" series, I've just started working on the dark and light value areas.  The next step is to add the first layer of thin color.  To get to this point, it has taken me a few days of design work for a visual composition I can be happy with.  It is not a fast process and should not be hurried along.  There may still be a few changes in the days to come, but right now I am satisfied with the overall layout of this design.
